If your order is over £50 then we will deliver it free of charge to addresses within the UK Mainland using our Standard Delivery service
Order Mon-Thurs before 4pm - for next day delivery
Orders placed on Special Delivery are despatched within 2 working days
Orders received on a working day (Mon-Fri) are delivered within 3-5 working days
Orders placed on a Friday before 3pm are delivered on Saturday between 9am - 5pm
Orders received are delivered within 7-10 working days from order day
Orders received are delivered within 5 weeks from order day
Orders received are delivered within 5 weeks from order day
† Any orders placed on Thursday after 4pm, are processed Friday for delivery Monday.
If the Monday is a Bank Holiday then the order will be processed on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday
‡ We ship all International orders by Royal Mail International Signed For.
Due to restrictions on size and volume, all International orders must be under 3 items and total no more than £150 or they will not be processed at checkout.
France and Germany are excluded from these restrictions since we are trialling DHL Express for these 2 countries

How do I use the Tracking number you've sent me?
Whenever we send out a delivery we include a tracking link so that you can follow its progress
(it takes 6 hours after despatch before it will show on the delivery company's website)
