Returns Information
In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, garments recieved after the 14 days will be entitled to an exchange to the value of the garment returned. Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own piece of mind, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
If we receive a returned garment outside of the 14 day exchange period we reserve the right to return the item to you without it being refunded
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Jewellery and Accessories
- No refund or returns on earrings or earrings sets. (no alternative or cash refund will be given)
- Refunds will only be given on earrings if faulty.
- All jewellery (excluding earrings, please see above) and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, in a re-saleable condition to qualify for a refund
- Any other enquires with regards to returns please contact us
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery, please note refunds will be processed within 7 days of our receipt.

We will only refund the card from which the original payment was made.
*When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled. The item must be returned with the completed form on the back of your delivery note.
Faulty Items
If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care (on telephone - 0151 207 8068 or email info@rarefashion.co.uk ) quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Discount codes & Vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
International Orders - Returns and Cancellations
Due to the longer delivery time in returning International orders, overseas customers must email us before they return any items, informing us of the reasons for return so that this can be logged.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
